A man, or woman is a living, breathing, unique being with a unique genotype, physical substance, immense energy, and—critically—inseparable, unalienable rights bequeathed by Nature. A "human" is a legal fiction, a representation or persona—not a living being but a construct of law. When living people are reclassified as "humans" (as legal persons) through mechanisms like birth registration, they are stripped of their standing as living men and women.

This is the "Dead Baby Estate" scheme—a process by which a living person is reduced to an incorporated

"person," and from there can be further reduced to the status of a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) owned by patent-holders, with no natural and unalienable rights, and no human or civil rights either.

The historical origin of the "hue-man" concept goes back to a dark and superstitious time. The first "hue-mans" were believed to be the placenta and afterbirth materials—the biological matter that expired shortly after the birth of a living baby. People of that era viewed these remains as a kind of "other man," a strange creature that accompanied the birth but was not truly alive—hence, a "color" or appearance of man, but not actually a man. This origin story is the seed from which the entire legal concept grew.

The descendants of Eve are called "Man" while the descendants of Satan are called "Hue-Man." The word "human" is a contraction of "hue-man," meaning "color of man"—used in exactly the same sense as "color-of-law." They appear to be men but are not. This is why you should not use the word "human" to describe yourself.

A "human" is a Legal Person—a fictional entity, a "thing" created by law rather than by nature. it as a "Legal

Entity" or "Person" that is accorded a status far below that of a living man or woman. In legal tradition, a "human" is accorded the status of a "monster," "animal," or "creature," and is in no way equivalent to a man.

"Color-of-law" refers to something that appears to be law and functions like law but is not actually law in the fullest sense. In the same way, a "hue-man" is something that appears to be a man but is not equivalent to a living man in legal terms.

This distinction between "man" and "human" is not an academic curiosity—it is the linchpin of a global-scale fraud. If you accept the label "human" without understanding its legal meaning, you may unknowingly consent to being treated as a legal entity rather than a living being, with all the loss of rights that entails.

Practicing medicine—like practicing law—is an occupation of common right, meaning it is a natural right that anyone qualified may exercise without needing government permission. However, Municipal Corporation subcontractors, operating under color of law, issued legislation requiring medical professionals to obtain licenses and pass tests.

Originally, this requirement applied only to those who wanted to serve federal employees, but through "deliberately vague terminology and omissions," the licensing requirement was made to sound as though it applied to the general public as well.

Medical professionals who accept a license—whether doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, or even hair stylists—are legally redefined under Federal Code Titles 8, 11, and 31 as "Uniformed Officers." This means they can be conscripted into an unseen "civilian military" and are subject to the demands of foreign commercial corporations. 

In practical terms, when a private physician accepts a license, they redefine themselves as a "Medical Doctor"—and in doing so, they become liable to obey all codes, regulations, taxes, and fees imposed by the licensing authority. They lose their freedom to act as independent, private physicians.

This system of licensure made it easy to weaponize medical services against the public good. The Nixon

Administration was a turning point, when the traditionally non-profit American health care system was thrown open to commercial exploitation, benefiting Municipal Corporation subcontractors and their franchises.

This culminated in the pandemic, which was a NATO operation in which medical professionals—already press-ganged into civilian military service through licensure—were used as instruments of a "proxy mercenary war against the civilian population."

Because they were not free to uphold their own professional standards or personal conscience, they were compelled to follow directives from the British Territorial Corporation and its allied structures. The medical profession was systematically captured through a licensing regime that appeared benign but functioned as a mechanism of control, conscription, and commercialization—transforming trusted healers into uniformed officers, serving corporate interests rather than their patients.

Throughout the health industry, there is licensing of health professionals as "Uniformed Officers." This license allows the victims to treat Federal Citizens and "citizens of the United States," who legitimately make up about 20% of the population. In exchange for being able to treat this relatively small percentage of the population, our doctors give up their freedom as private physicians and redefine themselves via the license as "Medical Doctors"—thereby becoming liable to obey all codes and regulations, and to pay all taxes and fees imposed.

How many Medical School graduates would freely and voluntarily agree to becoming "licensed personnel" if they really knew what that means? This is all done by corporations to the populace of this country and every other country on Earth. This is how the corporate business managers have contrived to deceive and control millions of people and subject these "slaves and indentured servants" to foreign international and global legal systems that actually have nothing to do with the victims.

They claim that you have done this to yourselves, by "volunteering" to incorporate your businesses in exchange for bankruptcy protection, by "applying" for licenses—to do things that are occupations of common right in this country.
