"ATTORNEYS HAVE LOST THEIR APPEAL"

When an American walks into a courtroom with an attorney, they are, without knowing it, presenting themselves to the court as an incompetent—a ward of the state, a man or woman mentally unable to speak or decide for themselves. The attorney's role is not to defend the client. The attorney's role is to protect the judge from making an appealable error.

The attorney works for the court. The court works for the Crown Temple. The Crown Temple works for the banks. The banks are the ones bringing the charges. And the defendant, having hired an attorney, has voluntarily surrendered the most powerful thing they possess: their voice, their standing, their sovereignty.

There is no requirement for anyone to be a BAR Association Member to engage in the profession of law in this country, and there never has been.

The British Merchant Marine Service Manual of 1801 defined the BAR Attorney as a Shipping Clerk. That manual is the hidden foundation of the American legal system.

Imagine walking into a busy shipping port. You see a clerk in a small office, stamping papers, tracking boxes, and making sure every crate gets onto the right ship. That clerk never asks where the cargo wants to go. He just processes it according to the rules on his clipboard.

Now imagine walking into a courtroom. You see a lawyer in a suit, holding a file, talking to the judge about your case. He seems important, but is he really any different from that shipping clerk? According to a little-known manual from 1801, he is exactly the same.

The British Merchant Marine Service Manual laid out the duties of a “Bar Attorney.” And it defined that man or woman as nothing more than a Shipping Clerk. Yes, a clerk for cargo moving through the British maritime system. The manual is still used today, hiding in plain sight. And it exposes the entire legal profession as a fraud designed to treat you like a box of goods. Here is how the system works.

Every attorney carries a BAR Card with a number on it. That number is not a license to practice law in the way you think. It is a shipping ticket number. The BAR Association assigns these numbers to track each attorney as they process “cargo” through the courts. And what is the cargo? It is you. Your life, your property, your rights. The moment you step into a courtroom, you are treated as a thing to be moved, tagged, and delivered to a destination chosen by the shipping clerk.

The attorney does not work for you. He works for the court system, which is an arm of the maritime administration. His job is to make sure the cargo moves efficiently, not to fight for your freedom.

Think about how cases actually go. An attorney will often settle a case without asking your permission, waive your rights, or accept a plea deal that benefits the court schedule. Why would they do that? Because they are not your advocate. They are a clerk whose performance is measured by how quickly they clear cases off the dock.
